KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ARION

In this role, you will be a key figure in the further development of our international distribution channels. Your focus will be on attracting new distributors and strengthening existing partnerships for our in-house brand, ARION. You will ensure our high-quality pet food reaches the right markets ande partners.
· Actively identify and onboard new distribution partners, primarily across Europe
· Further develop the international presence of ARION
· Build and support a brand strategy through campaigns, POS materials, communications, and close follow-up
· Establish long-term B2B relationships with distributors, importers, and strategic clients
· Conduct market analyses and close distribution agreements
· Represent Fides Petfood Group at international trade shows and client visits
· Collaborate closely with marketing, R&D, and logistics to develop customer-specific solutions
Profil
· Solid international B2B sales experience, ideally in distribution, export, or private label within pet food, food, or FMCG
· Proven track record in launching new markets and accounts
· Strong skills in brand positioning, branding principles, and marketing communication
· An Entrepreneurial, result-driven mindset with a passion for networking and building partnerships
· Fluency in Dutch and English (French or German is a plus)
· Knowledge of or affinity with dog and cat nutrition is a plus, but not required
· Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within and outside Europe
